By accessing and using MembersHub.app ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SHYDOG CREATIVE LTD (Company No. 10913802), registered in England & Wales ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MembersHub.app is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables clubs, organizations, and businesses to create and manage their own branded members hub applications. The Service includes:

• Dashboard for creating and managing club pages
• Customizable branding and design options
• Progressive Web App (PWA) functionality
• Content management system
• Member communication tools
• Analytics and reporting features

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available at our pricing page.

4.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. After the trial expires, you will be charged for the selected subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

4.5 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, display, and distribute your content through the Service
• Make technical copies as necessary to provide the Service
• Create backup copies for disaster recovery

5.2 Content Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws
• Your content does not contain malware or harmful code

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Includes pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

You agree not to:

"MembersHub.app" and related logos are trademarks of SHYDOG CREATIVE LTD. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become our property and may be used without compensation to you.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Experience unexpected downtime

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
